The bulletin introduced the exploits Kim Jong Il performed by developing the Juche idea, Songun idea into a guiding idea of the independent era and building the DPRK into an invincible socialist power strong in politics and ideology, military power and the country capable of manufacturing and launching the satellite and producing nuclear weapons.
