The DPRK proposed the U.S. the conclusion of the peace treaty several times in the past period and clarified once again its fair stand to replace the Korean Armistice Agreement with a peace treaty at the 70th UN General Assembly.

The peace treaty is an issue to be surely concluded between the DPRK and the U.S.

It only shows the real intention of the U.S. that it tries to evade this under the groundless pretext.

The U.S. has no intent to conclude the peace treaty with the DPRK.

It should withdraw its hostile policy towards the DPRK.
