Russian Committee for Remembering Kim Jong Il Formed

| Pyongyang, November 24 (KCNA) -- The Russian committee for remembering Comrade Kim Jong Il was formed in Moscow on Nov. 16 under the sponsorship of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK. V. A. Petrov, chairman of the Russian Association for Friendship and Cultural Cooperation with the DPRK, was elected chairman of the committee. The committee decided to significantly organize political and cultural events including remembrance meeting, photo and book exhibition on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of demise of leader Kim Jong Il. |
