What enrages the international community, in particular, is that the U.S. is mocking at humankind while crying out for building a "world without nuclear weapons" despite its desperate maneuver to hold an unchallenged nuclear edge.

The U.S. calculates that it can maintain its position as the "world's only superpower" if it keeps stockpiling nuclear weapons. But it is nothing but a foolish ambition of a nuclear maniac.

Nuclear arms race is like pouring water into a bottomless jar, an act little short of pushing the U.S. into ruin.
