The show that took place under the sponsorship of the Central Committee of the Korean Association of Cooks saw the presentation of more than 1,000 pieces of national dishes by over 150 units in the people's service field, external service field and in provinces (municipal cities).

The show was divided into show by those units associated with the guidance by the great leaders, local specialties show and show by public catering units of ministries and national institutions.

All the units that took part in the show presented excellent national dishes including traditional food that has been inherited from the olden times, ordinary family food, specialties and seasonal food.

Drawing the attention of the visitors were stands of Okryu Restaurant, Chongryu Restaurant, Changgwang Public Service Management Bureau, Youth Hotel, Pyongyang Tangogi Restaurant.

Also highly appreciated were food and drinks from Kanggye Chicken Entrails Soup Restaurant, Changsong Noodle House, Kaesong Noodle House and Sinhung Restaurant.
