Speakers criticized the authorities' dictatorial acts of wantonly abusing the people's right to existence and human rights by brutally suppressing the participants in rallies and demos and unilaterally carrying out the retrogressive revision of labor law.

Choe Jong Jin, chief vice-chairman of the KCTU, accused the "Saenuri Party" of going to unilaterally railroad the bill on retrogressive revision of labor law through the "National Assembly". He called for staging the second all-out people's action and general strike of workers on December 5 to prevent the retrogressive revision of labor law and force the present "government" to step down.

Prior to this, the KCTU held a press conference outside the "National Assembly".

Noting that the main target of the second all-out people's action and the general strike would be politicians who sold out their conscience for the retrogressive revision of labor law, the organization would surely punish those who took part in the retrogressive revision of the law.
