Members of the all-people measure committee held a rally outside the building of the hospital of Seoul National University condemning the fascist police for brutally suppressing the Nov. 14 all-out people's action.

They urged the chief of the Police Agency who masterminded the suppression to step down.

And they condemned the police authorities for disallowing the second all-out people's action scheduled for December 5.

This is an act of trampling down the freedom of assembly and expression, they said.

The participants staged a demonstration in the area of Seoul after the rally.
