It was attended by Minister of Public Health Kang Ha Guk, chairman of the C.C., the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled, officials concerned, disabled persons and their families, teachers and students of the university, members of missions of international bodies here including the European Union Programme Support and foreign diplomatic envoys and overseas compatriots.

Introduced at the meeting were the successes made in the efforts to protect the disabled in 2015. And there took place a performance given by members of an art group of disabled persons and members of an art group of students of Kim Chaek University of Technology.

The performers showed how they bring into full bloom their hope and talents under the care of the Workers' Party of Korea and the socialist country.
