They arrived at Hyangsan County on Nov. 27 after passing through Jagang Province.

They were greeted by Ri Man Gon, chief secretary of the North Phyongan Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, Choe Jong Gon, chairman of the North Phyongan Provincial People's Committee, officials concerned, people from all walks of life and youth and students.

Members of the relay group of young vanguard took over the red flag. They laid floral baskets and bouquets before the statues of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il in Sinuiju City and the statue of Kim Il Sung in Hyangsan County and mosaics depicting their beaming images in Jongju City and other counties and paid tribute to them.

They visited the Changsong Revolutionary Museum and the Yuphyong Revolutionary Site, etc. and enjoyed an art performance given by members of the art group of the house of culture of Changsong County.

They had a bonfire gathering. They attended a meeting held by youth and students in North Phyongan Province to vow their pledge.

They also had meetings with the ten party members in the Rakwon Machine Complex and participants in the 2nd national conference of young front-rankers in noble traits.

They toured the Revolutionary Museum in North Phyongan Province, Jongju Revolutionary Museum, Sinuiju Shoes Factory, Pakchon Silk Mill and other places.

They held diverse political and cultural events such as an oratorical meeting.
