H. Jacobsen, member of the Leadership of the Communist Party in Denmark, and Anders Kristensen, chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, were elected co-chairmen of the remembrance committee.

The committee decided to hold political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of his demise.
