Its another aim is to steadily spread the story of "threat" from the DPRK in a bid to set up an international cooperation system for pressuring the DPRK.

With no desperate effort can the U.S. save its hostile policy toward the DPRK from the mire of being thrown into the dustbin of history. The DPRK's deterrent for self-defence will grow stronger at increased tempo as long as the U.S. is working hard to stifle the DPRK.
