Seminars were held by branches of the Ethiopian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism－Kimjongilism and round-table talks at an enterprise and hospitals of Ethiopia between December 3 and 7.

The chief of the Kolfe Branch of the National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism－Kimjongilism said that Kim Jong Il, chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, devoted his all to the cause of reunification of the Korean nation.

He went on:

Kim Jong Il formulated the Three Principle of National Reunification, the 10-Point Programme of the Great Unity of the Whole Nation and a proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo which were advanced by President Kim Il Sung as the Three Charters for National Reunification in his work "Let Us Carry Out the Great Leader Comrade Kim Il Sung's Instructions for National Reunification" made public on August, 1997.

He opened up an era of By Our Nation Itself and a new era of independent reunification by making sure that the historic June 15 Joint Declaration and the October 4 declaration were adopted.

This is a noteworthy exploit to be specially recorded in the history of the Korean nation.

Praising his Songun leadership exploits, the chief said that Kim Jong Il is always alive in the hearts of not only the Korean people but the progressive mankind as a peerlessly great man.
