The concert started with a narration and chorus "Oh, We Long for You." Put on the stage were numbers such as narration and female quintet "Snow-covered Old Home" and Janggu solo "General on a Galloping White Horse".

The performers sang high praises of the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il who trained the Korean youth into warriors in the struggle for carrying forward and accomplishing the revolutionary cause of Juche.

They lauded Marshal Kim Jong Un who is successfully carrying forward the tradition of victory of the Juche-oriented movement of the Korean youth established by the great leaders in such numbers story-telling and song presented by members of the Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station "Yearning Is My Happiness" and male solo "Loving Care for Protecting My Destiny."

The concert ended with poems and choruses "We Will Go to Mt. Paektu", "We'll Travel One Road Forever" and "The General Will Live Forever As the Sun" reflecting the firm faith and will of five million youth and students to invariably make long journeys of revolution under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, holding Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il in high esteem as the sun of Juche forever.
