The Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship posted articles under the titles "Eternal General Secretary of Workers' Party of Korea", "Mt. Paektu and Kim Jong Il" and "Kim Jong Il's Patriotism" illustrated with the portrait of smiling Kim Jong Il and his photos.

The Brazilian Committee for Solidarity with the DPRK posted an article titled "Exploits Leader Kim Jong Il Performed for Cause of Korea's Reunification" illustrated with a photo of Kim Jong Il.

The article praised the leader for bringing about two amazing north-south summits, the first of its kind since the national division, and providing the June 15 Joint Declaration and the October 4 declaration, a programme for implementing it.

The Anti－Imperialist Forum of Germany said in an article titled "Leader Kim Jong Il's Heritage" that Kim Jong Il formulated the revolutionary idea of President Kim Il Sung as the integral system of ideology, theory and method of Juche and developed the idea and line of attaching importance to the army and the military affairs into Songun idea as required by the new era, adding that this is a valuable heritage left by the leader to the Korean people and the progressive mankind.

The National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of Democratic Congo posted an article titled "Kim Jong Il's Idea and Exploits Will Be Immortal" which praised Kim Jong Il's ideological and theoretical exploits and leadership feats.

The Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism posted an article titled "Power of Independence".
