The message said the party members and the supporters for the DPEG paid highest respects to Kim Jong Un and, through him, to the WPK and all the Korean people on behalf of Obiang Nguema Mbasogo, founder and chairman of the DPEG, on the occasion of the 4th anniversary of demise of HE Kim Jong Il, eternal general secretary of the WPK and eternal chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK.

The message paid humblest homage to Kim Jong Il, a great sage who wisely led the struggle of the WPK for the prosperity of the Korean people, hoping to see further success in the struggle of the WPK for a just cause.
