Vietnamese Ambassador and Military Attache Give Reception

| Pyongyang, December 21 (KCNA) -- Pham Huu Giao, Vietnamese charge d'affaires ad interim to the DPRK, and Nguyen Quoc Viet, military attache of the Vietnamese embassy here, gave a reception at the Taedonggang Diplomatic Club Monday on the occasion of the army day of Vietnam. Present there on invitation were No Kwang Chol, first vice minister of the People's Armed Forces, generals and officers of the Korean People's Army, officials concerned, diplomatic envoys and military attaches of embassies of different countries here. |
