Present there were officials, workers, scientists, technicians, teachers and researchers of the complex and the relevant sectors.

At the ceremony Pak Song Hak, a teacher of Pyongyang University of Railways, and Pak Mun Son, a work-team chief of the complex, were awarded the title of DPRK Labor Hero, Gold Medal (Hammer and Sickle) and Order of National Flag First Class.

Kim Kum Chol, a teacher of Pyongyang University of Railways, Kim Myong Bok, assembler of the complex, Choe Kyong Chol, welder of the complex, Ri Song Jin, work-team head of the complex, and Sin Sun Thae, workshop head of the complex, were honored to receive the watches bearing the august name of President Kim Il Sung.

Citations of supreme leader Kim Jong Un were conferred upon Won Kyong Su, teacher of Kim Il Sung University, Jo Song Chol, section chief at the Branch Academy of Railway Science under the State Academy of Sciences, Kim Chol Su, chief secretary of the party committee of the complex, Ku Pon Son, caster of the complex, Kim Chun Ho, work-team head of the complex, Jon Song Hyon, deputy head of a workshop of the complex, Rim Ho and Yu Jae Sik, workshop heads of the complex, and Ri Jong Sik, department director of the Ministry of Railways.

The title of Designer of Merit went to Ri Su Song, designer of the rolling stock design institute of the Ministry of Railways, the title of Scientist of Merit to Choe Yong Nam, researcher of Pyongyang University of Railways, and the title of Technician of Merit to Kim Chol Min, vice-chief engineer of the complex.

12 persons received Order of National Flag First Class, 28 persons Order of Labor and many other officials, workers, scientists, technicians, teachers and researchers orders and medals.
