They included the deputy chief of the General Staff of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Cuba and his party, president of the Prensa Latina News Agency and his party, director of the Asian Department of the Cuban Institute of Friendship with the Peoples, first vice-chairman of the Cuban Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, chairman of the Communist Party of Germany, chairman of the Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany, international secretary of the Radical Party of Left of France, general secretary of the France-Korea Friendship Association, permanent secretary of the Guinean People's Assembly, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism and his party, representative of the Pyongyang branch of the World Federation of Deaf and the councilor of the European Society for the Study of the Juche Idea.

They put floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and art pieces depicting them.

Meanwhile, the representative of the Belgian branch of the Korean Friendship Association sent a bouquet to the DPRK mission.
