The participants laid floral baskets and bouquets before the portraits of smiling President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and paid tribute to them.

The secretary general of the United Left Movement of Dominica said that Kim Jong Il firmly defended the country's sovereignty and national dignity by successfully carrying forward the idea and cause of Kim Il Sung.

The secretary general of the Karachi Branch of the Pakistan-Korea Friendship Association noted with appreciation that Kim Jong Il conducted energetic activities for the country's prosperity, people's happiness and the independent and peaceful reunification of Korea.

The chairman of the Lahore Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea of Pakistan stressed that the august name of Kim Jong Il would always be kept in the hearts of the people along with his exploits, lauding him as the tender-hearted father of the people and the great teacher of the progressives.

Messages to Marshal Kim Jong Un were adopted at the meetings held in Dominica and Pakistan.
