The work, published on Oct. 24, Juche 103 (2014), deals with the fact that President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il attached importance to the protection of national heritage and directed efforts to it in the whole course of leading the revolution, thus demonstrating the time-honored history and glorious culture of the Korean nation before the world.

It clarifies the tasks to be fulfilled to preserve the undying exploits of the great leaders and add luster to the history and tradition of the Korean nation by thoroughly implementing the policy of protecting the national heritage set forth by the Workers' Party of Korea.
