The book consists of subtitles of "On Songun idea", "Songun and class", etc.

A book-releasing ceremony took place at the building of the New Communist Party of Britain on December 22.

Present at the ceremony were personages and members from the New Communist Party of Britain, the British Association for the Study of Songun Policy and the Korean Friendship Association UK.

Dermot Hudson, writer of the book and chairman of the Korean Friendship Association UK, said that he decided to write a book introducing the validity and vitality of the Songun idea that impressed him while visiting the DPRK several times.

Andy Brooks, general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain, said that the DPRK is standing firm against the moves of the U.S. imperialists for a war of aggression, adding that this would be unthinkable without the tremendous capabilities for national defence bolstered up by the great leader Kim Jong Il by dint of the Songun politics. He went on:

The emergence of the DPRK, not a big country, as a world military power clearly demonstrates the invincible vitality and validity of the Songun idea.

The Songun idea serves as a banner of the anti-imperialist struggle to be held aloft by all progressives of the world as guidelines.

Revolutionaries of Britain extend full support to the Songun idea and Songun line of the DPRK.
