The Cabinet reshuffle is just politicking of the vampire-like fat cats of south Korean ruling conservative quarters to bleed the toiling people white.

The purpose of the reshuffle is only to win more seats at the upcoming parliamentary election by taking advantage of the division of opposition camp and realize the ambition for staying in power and thus revive "yusin" dictatorship at any cost. It is by no means meant to "vitalize economy" or improve "people's living."

Timed to coincide with the reshuffle, the ruling "Saenuri party" launched an election campaign before any others.

A leopard can't change its spots.

No matter how frequently the high-ranking officials of the Cabinet are reshuffled, the conservative regime can never change its unpopular rule.

The regime can never put under carpet its unpopular nature no matter how many times the eligibility of the newly appointed fat cats is verified.

As long as such unpopular tycoons are in power, the south Korean people can never live a good life.
