KPA Vice Marshal Hwang Pyong So, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and director of the General Political Bureau of the KPA made a speech at the reception.

He said that Marshal Kim Jong Un invited officials and fishermen in fisheries under the KPA to visit Pyongyang again and repeatedly bestowed upon them immense honor and happiness.

This loving care is associated with the profound fatherly love shown by the Marshal for the fishermen under the KPA who devoted themselves to the drive for implementing the party's fishery policy in rough seas, he noted.

He called for working new miracles in the fishing campaign and thus proudly greeting the 7th Congress of the WPK, the mother party.
