Foreign Diplomats, Overseas Koreans Mourn Death of Kim Yang Gon

| Pyongyang, December 30 (KCNA) -- The diplomatic corps and the military attaches corps here Wednesday visited the bier of Kim Yang Gon, member of the Political Bureau and secretary of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and deputy to the Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK, in the Sojang Club, expressing deep condolences over his death. A wreath sent by supreme leader Kim Jong Un was seen standing before the bier. The guests laid wreaths before the bier in the names of the diplomatic corps and the military attaches corps and observed a moment's silence in memory of Kim Yang Gon. Overseas Koreans staying in the motherland visited the bier of the deceased, expressing condolences. |
