The Bureau also brought out the stamp dealing with a clock, which indicates the standard time of the DPRK.

The DPRK decided to fix the time at 127 degrees 30 minutes east longitude as its standard on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of Korea's liberation from Japanese colonial rule (August 15), calling Pyongyang time.
