Seen on an Irkutsk homepage of Russia was an article illustrated with photos of Kim Jong Suk which said that she embarked upon the road of the struggle to save the destiny of the country and the nation in her teens and took part in many battles till Korea was liberated, earning the fame as woman commander of the anti-Japanese war.

It recalled that Kim Jong Suk defended President Kim Il Sung at the risk of her life and performed great exploits in the battles during the anti-Japanese war.

The internet website of the Nigerian National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism said in an article that it was the greatest exploit of Kim Jong Suk that she devotedly defended Kim Il Sung in the battles.

There were many critical moments when Kim Il Sung was targeted by troops and policemen of the Japanese imperialists during the period of the hard-fought anti-Japanese armed struggle, it said, adding:

In those moments she protected Kim Il Sung as a human shield.

It was also her feat that she displayed matchless pluck, superb strategy, marksmanship never missing any target, distinguished bravery and self-sacrificing spirit.

She also performed great exploits by arousing people from all walks of life to the sacred war for the liberation of Korea through her skillful and tested political underground activities.

The exploits of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk will always be remembered not only by the Korean people but also by the world progressives.
