The south Korean authorities' servile act is an insult to the victims of the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army and their families who bear bitter grudge towards the Japanese imperialists and an act of treachery of dampening the wishes of the south Korean people to clearly settle with Japan over the past crimes and regain the national dignity, the commentary says, and goes on:

The Korean nation will condemn the five traitors of Ulsa (1905) who sold out the country to the Japanese imperialists down through generations.
