The Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea said this in a joint statement on December 27 last year on the occasion of the 43rd anniversary of the promulgation of "Socialist Constitution of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea" by President Kim Il Sung.

The statement said:

The socialist constitution of the DPRK reflects the idea of the President on believing in the people as in heaven. It is based on the Juche idea founded by him.

Today the Korean people call it Kim Il Sung-Kim Jong Il constitution.

Korean-style socialism centered on the popular masses is displaying the its tremendous vitality in the new century, too, and the Korean people have achieved great successes in building a thriving nation under the wise leadership of Marshal Kim Jong Un.

The constitution serves as pride of the Korean people.
