S. Korean Workers' Anti-"Government" Struggle Introduced by Uruguayan Newspaper

| Pyongyang, January 7 (KCNA) -- The Uruguayan newspaper La Juventud carried a photo-accompanied report about the south Korean workers' anti-"government" struggle against the authorities' fascist crackdown and unpopular rule on Dec. 21 last year. The newspaper said that 150 000 workers including members of the trade unions of 26 companies under the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions simultaneously went on general strikes in twelve areas on Dec. 16. Noting that the south Korean chief executive let a tough response be given to the demonstration while terming it illegal, the newspaper said that Park Geun Hye's act showed once again she deserved to be called a daughter of a dictator. |
