Officials of the Cabinet, ministries and national institutions set it as their overriding work for the year to fully grasp the ideas and contents carried in the New Year address, conducting the study of it in various forms and ways.

Such scenes can be seen everywhere in the country, including industrial establishments and co-op farms.
