DPRK's H-bomb Test Hailed by Swiss Bodies

Pyongyang, January 9 (KCNA) -- H-bomb test is an event of worldwide significance as it demonstrated the invincible strength, resolution and combat capability of socialist Korea, said the Switzerland-Korea Committee and the Swiss Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in a joint statement on Jan. 6.

The DPRK succeeded in its first H-bomb test, the statement said, and went on:

The DPRK developed H-bomb by its indigenous efforts and technology.

It succeeded in H-bomb test most perfectly, proudly joining the advanced ranks of nuclear weapons states possessed of even H-bomb.

The DPRK, a peace-loving state and responsible nuclear weapons state, will not be the first to use nuclear weapons and transfer relevant means and technology under any circumstances. This is the principled stand of the DPRK.

H-bomb test signifies a great victory of the Songun politics pursued by Marshal Kim Jong Un and the Workers' Party of Korea's line of simultaneously pushing forward economic construction and the building of nuclear force.
