Gone are days never to return when the U.S. could threaten the DPRK with nuclear weapons.

A clear proof of this was the recent successful H-bomb test.

As proved by history, time has always been on the side of the DPRK and victory also belonged to it in the confrontation with the U.S.

The U.S. would be well advised to make a right political decision for concluding the peace accord, though belatedly. It should know this is a wise attitude for itself.
