The world attention is focused on the Korean Peninsula at present.

It is well known that the U.S. always keeps huge weapons and troops including nuclear weapons combat ready in south Korea and Japan.

The DPRK has always been exposed to sanctions and blockade of the hostile forces since its birth.

It is a great achievement of the DPRK that it has access to H-bomb and a means for its delivery.

The DPRK government declared in a statement that it wouldn't be the first to use nuclear weapons unless its sovereignty is infringed upon, as it had already clarified.

The U.S. and responsible countries should be wise and cool enough to properly view the escalating tension on the Korean Peninsula.

Mutual understanding, wise policy and diplomacy alone will provide peace and stability on the peninsula and, furthermore, solution to the issue of the reunification of Korea acceptable to all.
