The work is a letter sent by Kim Jong Un to those attending the Fourth Conference of Primary Officials of the Youth League on September 18, Juche 103 (2014).

It says that the Korean youths have covered glorious way by performing heroic feats and winning proud victory through many years of the revolution under the wise leadership and benevolent loving care of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il.

It also clarifies the tasks for the Korean youths to successfully fulfill the role as young vanguard of the party in the present historic advance and ways for doing so.

A book-releasing ceremony took place at the publishing house on Jan. 6.
