S. Korean Police's Crackdown upon Leading Members of KCTU

| Pyongyang, January 13 (KCNA) -- The south Korean fascist police arrested Pae Thae Son, chief of the room for organizing disputes of the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions (KCTU), on Jan. 11, according to the south Korean Yonhap News. The Investigation Headquarters of the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency took such action on the charge that he, together with Chairman of the KCTU Han Sang Gyun, agitated the "illegal violent demonstration" during the large-scale actions staged in Seoul spearheaded by the KCTU including the November 14 all-out people's rally. A warrant of arrest for Ri Yong Ju, general secretary of the KCTU, was issued. |
