The DPRK conducted this test by its own efforts without adversely affecting its ecological environment.

This scientific and technological success is part of its measure for firmly defending the sovereignty of the nation.

The UN should make efforts to root out the very cause of economic blockade and aggressive military provocations against the DPRK that have persisted for more than half a century.

The UN Charter sets it as its principle to recognize and respect the right to self-determination of each country.

Then why is it going to stamp out the Juche idea of the DPRK and its social system?

It is the wisest solution for the U.S. to roll back its hostile policy toward the DPRK and make a bold decision to conclude a peace treaty and develop cooperation with it.
