The performance started with a prelude and narration "Joy of the People". Put on the stage were such numbers as choral recitation of poem and chorus "Song of Kim Il Sung Socialist Youth League" and female quintet "Our Dear Marshal".

They highly praised the peerlessly great men of Mt. Paektu for always paying deep attention to the youth work, setting a world example in solving the youth issue and building the youth power on this land without parallel in the world.

Put on the stage were numbers reflecting the spirit of ardent youths to become creators of miracles and youth heroes at the construction sites for building a thriving nation.

Among the audience were Choe Ryong Hae, Yang Hyong Sop and officials of the youth league and delegates to the celebrations of the anniversary of the youth league.
