The meeting heard the gist of the New Year Address and the statement of the DPRK government on the successful H-bomb test.

V.V. Grishkov, first secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, said the successful test of H-bomb is a demonstration of powerful military muscle of the DPRK and a deadly blow at the U.S. resorting to aggression and war in the Korean Peninsula and other parts of the world.

He hoped that the Korean people would achieve brilliant successes in building a thriving socialist nation this year, too, true to the New Year Address made by Kim Jong Un.

Secretary of the Nakhodka City Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation Chernikh expressed full support for the New Year Address and the statement of the DPRK government on the successful first H-bomb test. He expressed belief that the Korean people would work miracles and innovations in all fields this year which began with the successful H-bomb test.
