However, the DPRK has neither invaded other countries nor assisted terrorists nor exported revolution for the past several decades.

The U.S. has persistently opposed the DPRK's access to nuclear weapons while closing its eyes to its allies' access to them as the latter's nuclear program is mainly aimed at beating back the former.

Under this situation any country with scientific and technological capabilities is mulling having access to nuclear weapons.

Countries cannot behave otherwise in the world where a jungle law prevails.

How can the West take issue with the DPRK's right to defend itself from aggressors, the legitimate right of any sovereign state?
