Three Charters for National Reunification Hailed by Argentinean Party
Pyongyang, January 18 (KCNA) -- The Communist Party of Argentina on January 6 posted on internet bulletin on international affairs an article saying that the three charters for national reunification are the programme for reunification common to the Korean nation whose truth and actuality have been proven.

The article went on:

Leader Kim Jong Il formulated the three principles of national reunification, the ten-point programme of the great unity of the whole nation and the proposal for founding the Democratic Federal Republic of Koryo put forward by President Kim Il Sung as the three charters for national reunification.

He provided two inter-Korean summits, the first of its kind in the history of Korea's division, and made sure that the June 15 joint declaration and its practical programme October 4 declaration were adopted.

This helped the three charters for national reunification fully prove their position and nature as a programme for reunification common to the Korean nation.

After the historic north-south joint declarations were adopted the whole Korean nation opened up an avenue to reunification shoulder-to-shoulder, thereby bringing about such stirring events as brisk dialogues and contacts, the re-linking of railways and roads, repatriation of unconverted long-term prisoners and the reunion of separated families and relatives. These facts showed the vitality of the three charters common to the nation, both in name and in reality.

The south Korean authorities should respect the three charters for national reunification, which were confirmed to be a programme common to the nation at north-south agreements, and respond to the nationwide discussion of the way of realizing them.
