He in the message sent warm congratulations and militant salute to all the workers, technicians and officials of the complex who surpassed last year the peak year in production of cement on behalf of the first secretary of the WPK.

Last year our soldier-builders, workers and youth built the Sci-Tech Complex, Mirae Scientists Street, Paektusan Hero Youth Power Station, Chongchongang Power Station in Tiers and other grand monumental structures in different parts of the country in the revolutionary spirit of Paektu, the spirit of the blizzards of Paektu under the leadership of the party. They thus ushered in a great era of the country's prosperity by doing ten years' work in just one year, bringing about the dramatic change in the appearance of the country.

These gigantic changes and creations reflect the ardent patriotic loyalty of you who have waged a devoted drive day and night to produce even one ton of more cement, sharing thought and intention with the party and overcoming whatever difficulties with the indomitable will.

The laudable success made by the complex reinforces the belief that the moves of the U.S. imperialists and their followers to render the DPRK thoroughly isolated, ratchet up sanctions and pressure will never work on us as long as it has Kim Il Sung's and Kim Jong Il's heroic working class struggling, considering the unshakable revolutionary spirit of Paektu and principle of giving priority to self-development as an invincible weapon and only the glorious road of Chollima, the path of Mallima will be in store for us in the future, too.

You should defend the revolution and present a proud labor gift to the Seventh Congress of the WPK by boosting the production of cement this year, too, by keeping the spirit which surged in the campaign last year.

A meeting conveying the congratulatory message took place on the spot on Monday.
