DPRK's Success in H-bomb Test Hailed by Congolese, Peruvian Figures
Pyongyang, January 20 (KCNA) -- Figures of Congo and Peru released statements on Jan. 12 hailing Juche Korea's first H-bomb test.

The chairperson of the Congo-Korea Friendship Committee of the Congolese Association for Friendship among Peoples said:

The blast of H-bomb test conducted by the DPRK has shaken the world.

Its meaningful echoes resound throughout the international community.

What is it that makes the DPRK, not a big country, come to oppose the greatest nuclear power to defend its sovereignty and dignity?

How is peace ensured in the Korean Peninsula where the touch-and-go situation prevails constantly?

The U.S. styling itself "the world's only superpower" has threatened the independent countries with a nuclear stick and opened to public the countries that were put on the list of its preemptive nuclear strike. The DPRK was also on this list.

The DPRK took the road to make access to the self-defensive deterrent to cope with the U.S. nuclear blackmail.

It further bolstered up the nuclear deterrent to cope with the U.S. intensified nuclear threat.

The reality in the DPRK teaches the international community the truth that peace can never be achieved by begging.

The chairman of a branch of the Peruvian-Korean Institute of Culture and Friendship said the Peruvian people extend warm congratulations to Marshal Kim Jong Un on the DPRK's success in the H-bomb test.
