At the exhibition which opened on January 13 research successes in the field of ultra-modern science and technology including IT, nano technology and bio-engineering and at least 140 invention and new technological innovation proposals were highly appreciated as they were conducive to putting the national economy on a new high Juche, modern and scientific basis with indigenous resources and technology.

Present at the ceremony were Kim Sung Du, chairman of the Education Commission, officials concerned, those of the youth league and youth and students.

Certificates, commendations and invention certificates were awarded to youth league committees of Kim Il Sung University and the State Academy of Sciences and successful youth league organizations and participants.
