Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Britain

| Pyongyang, January 21 (KCNA) -- A British preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il (the Day of the Shining Star) was formed on Jan. 15. Andy Brooks, general secretary of the Central Committee of the New Communist Party of Britain, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to organize various political and cultural events to praise the sacred revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Jong Il. |
