S. Korean Supreme Court Sentences Pro-reunification Figure to Jail Term

Pyongyang, January 22 (KCNA) -- The south Korean supreme court sentenced to a jail term the former chairman of the Organizational Committee of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification on Wednesday, according to the south Korean CBS.

At the recent trial it confirmed the original decision to sentence him to two years and two months in jail, put him on probation for four years and impose two years of suspension of qualifications on him on the charge of violation of the "Security Law.
