White Paper of Korean Jurists Committee Carried by Ugandan Newspaper

Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) -- The Jan. 18th issue of the Ugandan newspaper Red Paper carried the detailed gist of the white paper issued by the Korean Jurists Committee in an article titled "The DPRK denounces the U.S. for sidestepping the conclusion of a peace treaty".

It said that the committee disclosed the intention of the U.S. which is persistently shunning the conclusion of a peace treaty with the DPRK.
