The newspaper said that after the DPRK conducted the H-bomb test the world is astonished to see how the DPRK has developed the updated technology which has been monopolized by the big powers.

The DPRK is asserting that its H-bomb test is neither a provocation nor threat to any country and it is aimed to ensure peace in the Korean Peninsula, the newspaper said, and went on:

Kim Jong Un, supreme leader of the DPRK, said that the DPRK's H-bomb test is a self-defensive measure for reliably ensuring peace in the Korean Peninsula and regional security from the threat of the U.S.-led imperialists for a nuclear war.

The DPRK clarified its stance that it will stop nuclear test if the U.S. responds to former's proposal for concluding a peace treaty and halts the annual joint military drills with south Korea.

The DPRK's H-bomb test is the essential and normal process for safeguarding the sovereignty of the country and vital rights of the nation from outsiders' threat.

However, the U.S. is persistently insisting that it opens the door for dialogue and the DPRK should take a measure for the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula and stop to "provocation", to begin with.
