Jong Myong Ok, a head cook of the restaurant, told KCNA that the cuisines include soup, stew, grill and hard-boiled catfish.

She said that the restaurant presented six kinds of catfish cuisines to the catfish cooking competition in the public catering field of Pyongyang held at the Pyongyang Noodle House some days ago.

Those cuisines have won high appraisal at the competition, she added.

The restaurant is located at the entrance of Okryu Bridge in Pyongyang.
