Day of Sun, Day of Shining Star to Be Marked in Poland

| Pyongyang, January 29 (KCNA) -- A Polish preparatory committee for celebrating the Day of the Sun and the Day of the Shining Star (birth anniversaries of President Kim Il Sung and leader Kim Jong Il) was formed in Warsaw on Jan. 23. Slaboy January Guzowski, chairman of the Central Committee of the Poland-Korea Association, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee decided to significantly organize political and cultural events praising the revolutionary careers and feats of Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il. |
