The declaration said that through the above-said statement and white paper we have come to know about the U.S. hostile policy toward the DPRK woven with lie, threat, aggression, distrust and breach of international law.

It went on:

The above-said statement and white paper brought to the light the unjustifiable attitude of the U.S. sidestepping the DPRK's proposal to conclude a peace treaty and threatening peace in the Korean Peninsula.

We extend the most fraternal solidarity and full support to the DPRK's peace policy and all measures for freedom, independence and right to self-determination against the vicious blackmail of the U.S. which raises the stop and abandonment of the former's nuclear development, essential to national defence and independent development, as a precondition for concluding the peace treaty.
